Manga artist Yamashita Tomoko's serialized work in "FEEL YOUNG", "Ikoku Nikki", is a tale of a girl's novelist, Makio (35), and a middle school girl, Asa (15), a clumsy queen, and her puppy-like niece, living together despite the age gap!
The key word for the calendar is "transience."
Every page is made up of carefully selected color illustrations from magazines and previews. The calendar captures Makio's colorful morning moments and everyday life, as recorded in "Ikoku Nikki."
In order to highlight the color original, the overall design is based on white, giving a clean impression and a lightness as if a moment had been cut out. One of the best parts of the book is being able to enjoy the unique use of color that appears in the color original, and the watercolor-like brushstrokes.

We have deliberately not included any dialogue in the speech bubbles. We hope that the illustrations alone will bring the story to life, and that people will be reminded of the "language that sounds like a different country" that each person has.
