Business days and business hours

Open from 10am to 6pm on weekdays, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

◼Payment Methods

You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, convenience store payment, and cash on delivery.

◼Shipping fees

We charge a flat rate of 800 yen. If you spend more than 10,000 yen, shipping is free.

◼Delivery time

Normally, products are delivered within 3 business days, or within a week.
However, there may be delays if the item is out of stock or during busy periods.

◼Specify delivery date and time

Please specify when ordering or contact us by email.

◼If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order

If you made a mistake when placing your order or changed your email address after placing your order, please contact us by email or phone.
Also, depending on the service you use (mainly mobile phone carrier email), you may not receive emails.
In this case, please contact us or register with a different email address.

◼ Changing order information (product, quantity, address, email address, etc.) and canceling orders

■ I want to have a different shipping address and billing address

When placing an order, enter the recipient's address as the shipping address and the billing information as the customer who will be making the payment.

◼If you would like to receive your regular items first

Please note that if you order pre-order items and regular items together, all items will be shipped together.

◼Gift wrapping

Please note that we are currently unable to provide gift wrapping.

◼Purchases other than online

We do not have a physical store, we only accept orders online.
*Merchandise may be sold during the event.

◼About international shipping

If you would like your order to be shipped overseas, we recommend using an international forwarding service such as the one below.

◼About the delivery note

In consideration of limited resources and the environment, we are implementing paperless delivery notes.
The email notifying you of product shipment will serve as a delivery note.

◼ What to do if you don't receive a postpaid transfer slip

The convenience store payment transfer form will be sent to you by postcard from Catchball Co., Ltd., the payment invoicing company, within one week of delivery. Please bring this form to a convenience store to complete the payment procedure.

◼ Issuing receipts

If you would like a receipt, we will email you a PDF once your order has been shipped.

◼Returns and exchanges

If you have made a mistake in your order, placed a duplicate order, or wish to exchange a size, please contact us with your order number, name, and product name.

◼Returning products due to customer reasons

If you request redelivery, shipping charges may apply.
In addition, if we do not hear from you within two weeks after the returned item arrives at our warehouse, your order will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
