This summer, the manga "Sleepless Wolf," with its picture book-like worldview and colors, and dark plot that you can't take your eyes off of, has been made into its first calendar.
In the main story, the wolf, who is stuck alone in the wasteland, reminisces about the time he spent with the white wolf, and tries to get back "something" with Hachi, who comes to see him from time to time.
In the calendar, the characters of "Sleepless Wolf" are wolves, white wolves, bees, giant frogs, bears, meerkats... They're all lined up and enjoying the changing seasons. The 2021 calendar for "Sleepless Wolf" is different from the main story, and every month is a new drawing!

The main illustrations decorating the calendar are all original drawings by Shitarari Ryo for all 12 months! The wolves depicted here are enjoying seasons not found in the wasteland, such as New Year's calligraphy, Valentine's Day in February, Hinamatsuri in March, etc. It's a gentle 2021 for the "Sleepless Wolf," which makes you imagine, "Maybe there was a world like this."
